Engagement Options

I operate as fractional, embedded, or outside counsel. What's the difference?

• Fractional Counsel: I operate on a part-time basis for your company each month. The specific number of hours is set in advance. Hours can be scaled up/down on a monthly basis. This allows your team access to the experience they need while reducing overhead.

• Embedded Counsel: I operate as an extension of your team on a set schedule each week. You provision a company email and hardware. I am fully integrated into your systems. This allows for rapid problem-solving and proactive risk management.

• Outside Counsel: I operate on an ad-hoc basis at an hourly rate. This provides continuous expertise to be available when the needs are not routine or urgent.
